Today, I made craft pizza—because my son asked for it.
He’s a picky eater, so planning our daily meals can be a challenge. That’s why his requests mean a lot to us.
Yesterday, he said, “I want pizza.” So I decided to make it myself.
The ingredients were so simple: flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and warm water. That’s all.
Kneading the dough was surprisingly fun. It felt soft and warm in my hands—like a quiet comfort. It made me feel reluxed.

For the dough, I let it rise at room temperature for one hour, then placed it in the refrigerator for six more hours.

This week started with an unexpected turn. On Monday morning, my younger son came back home early because of a fever.
My work plans were suddenly broken. He’s still too young to play on his own, so I needed to take care of him closely—especially once his fever began to go down. I gave up on work today. Instead, I made pizza.
The toppings were simple— one with just sausage, and another with bacon and corn.
The corn was grown by my father in his own vegetable field. that corn - fresh, sweet and golden - made the pizza feel special.

My family ate more pizza than usual. The crust was softer than the ones from the store.
It wasn’t so difficult to make,
And I’d love to try it again—next time, with my sons.
Thank you for reading my blog.
I hope you enjoy your own pizza time someday. Have a nice pizza!
